Although the chat service tried twice, they were unable to resolve my issue(s). Countless typed messages later, they are still NOT sorted out. Still, much easier than calling a phone number and being let hanging half an hour on the line!

I might be being too harsh as i am in the wrong but i want to change my mobile number on the nectar card but the system sends a verification code to my old number (which i don't have)
Went on the live chat but the operator couldn't help me (not his fault at all) but the account cant even be reset so all the points have been lost - dont have this problem with really money

Contacted nectar as tried to use an offer at ESSO which said on their nectar app was a participating garage but the garage said they weren't. Wasted my time no further forward.

I cannot log into my Nectar account and spent over an hour on the Chat trying to get this fixed. They changed my email address but I was then unable to cahnge my password. I asked for a phone number to talk to a person and waited and waited and no onr answered. I still cannot log on and am not happy with the service, or lack of.
